To Configure the ProjectWise Registration Mode

Note: Each of the following settings are prerequisites to using the AssetWise ALIM ProjectWise Connector Level 2 and 3 Connector.
ProjectWise Level 2 connector only supports Reference type document registration with ProjectWise. Therefore, you must configure document registration in ProjectWise mode, before you can use the ProjectWise Level 2 connector.

Follow these steps to configure the ProjectWise registration mode.

  1. In ALIM Web, click Settings ( ), and then click the System Preferences link.
  2. Expand the ProjectWise group.
  3. Locate the ProjectWiseRegistrationMode setting, and then do one of the following:

    For AssetWise ALIM ProjectWise Connector Level 2 Connector, select REFERENCE from the list.

    or

    For AssetWise ALIM ProjectWise Connector Level 3 Connector, select either REFERENCE or COPYANDLINK from the list.
